The short version
- Talorify helps you tailor your own resume to a job. You stay in charge of what you send to employers.
- It never invents jobs or numbers, but you must read the result before you use it. Scores are estimates, not promises of an interview.
- Pro is a pass for 1 week, 1 month or 3 months, paid once through Paddle. It does not renew by itself. You see the price before you pay, and buying again adds time after what you have left.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using the Talorify extension or website (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Kre8mind ("Talorify", "we", "us"). You must be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live.
2. What Talorify does
Talorify reads a job posting you are viewing, compares it with a resume you upload, shows a match score and an ATS readiness check, and rewrites your summary, experience and skills to fit the job. Your name, contact details, education, projects and certifications are kept exactly as you wrote them. Talorify can also write cover letters and, on Pro, prepare interview questions, download Word files and fill in application forms. To do this Talorify uses third-party AI services, including Google. What you submit to them is processed under their own terms and privacy policies, as our Privacy Policy explains, and you agree to that when you create an account.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information. One person per account; do not share an account or resell access.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of your resumes and everything you upload, and of the tailored versions produced from them. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the Service to you (including sending it to our AI provider to produce your result). Only upload resumes you have the right to use, and do not upload anything unlawful.
5. AI results: read before you send
Tailoring is done by an AI model and can make mistakes. Talorify is built to reword only what your resume already supports and not to invent experience, but you are responsible for checking every word before you send a resume to an employer, and for making sure it is true. Match and ATS scores are estimates of how well a resume fits a posting and how readable it is to typical screening software; different employers use different systems, and we do not guarantee any score, interview, or job offer.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to misrepresent your qualifications, to break the law, to send spam, to attack or overload our systems, to try to get around the daily limit or the Free and Pro limits, to reverse engineer the Service, or to copy or scrape it at scale.
7. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan and the Pro plan each include daily limits on tailorings, cover letters and (for Pro) interview preps, and Free also limits saved resumes, tracked applications and history. Pro has higher limits and the extra features shown on our pricing section. The limits are shown in the extension and on that page. They start again at midnight in the time zone of your account, and a generation that fails is not counted. Plans and limits can change; if a change reduces something you have paid for, we will tell you first.
Fair use. Our daily limits are generous and are meant for one person's own job search. We may limit, pause or close an account that creates several accounts to get around the limits, uses the Service through bots or scripts, shares or resells access, or puts an unreasonable load on the Service. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to explain.
8. Pro passes, billing and taxes
- Price. Pro is $4 for 1 week, $9 for 1 month or $24 for 3 months, plus any taxes that apply where you live. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Merchant of record. Our order process is run by Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, tax, invoices and receipts, and its Checkout Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
- No automatic renewal. A Pro pass is a single payment. It runs until the end date shown in the extension and does not renew or charge you again. You can add more time whenever you like; it is added after the time you have left.
- Nothing to cancel. Because a pass does not renew, there is nothing to cancel. When it ends, your account returns to Free. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
- Offers. We may offer a discount to some users at our discretion. It is not guaranteed to everyone.
- Price changes. If we change the price, it applies to passes bought after the change.
9. Availability
We work to keep Talorify running, but it depends on browsers, websites, and third-party providers we do not control. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and may occasionally be interrupted or change. Job sites can change their pages; we cannot promise Talorify will recognise every posting.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using Talorify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the Service, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability) will continue after your account ends.
11. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Talorify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, lost income or missed job offers, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you have not paid anything). Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, such as consumer rights in your country.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you inside the extension or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
